This is by far the best nail spa in this area. The new location is very beautiful I have been a customer for the past four years and the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Helen is the best and really is great at her job.

I absolutely love the job they did on my nails. I got French tips with a silver line and rhinestones. The stones are still attached and I love how they take their time. They defiantly fixed my horrible hack job I got from Cali nails in elkhart on e hively. After they so sloppily put the nails and stones on as I walked out the stones fell off and Went back in and demanded my money back and the nails removed I was left with no nails, jagged edges, and they were bleeding and only half my money back. I was afraid no one could fix my nails but best nails and spa did and did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted.

From the parking lot Best Nails doesn't look inviting at all. Don't judge this nail salon from it's outward appearances because the inside is wonderful. After having had several disappointing, overpriced and questionabley clean pedicures at high end Granger & Mishawaka Day Spas over the last few years I was hesitant to walk through the doors to Best Nail Shop.

I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in Southern California for the past 6 years where there is a nail salon in every shopping center and where competition is customer friendly. Until now it had been impossible to find a nail salon worthy of a 2nd visit. I will return to Best Nail Shop (BNS) on my next visit to the South Bend/Mishawaka area.

I went to the salon with my sister and my mother and I can say that their experience was positive also. When we entered the salon several customers were waiting and all 10 nail techs were busy with current customers. My mother asked the 3 that were waiting if they had ever been to BNS and each had said that they were regular return customers. They each sang the praises of Amy-a tiny young woman who seemed to great all walk-ins with a hello and assistance. Unfortunately because she is so good she was booked for the entire day. Two of the waiting ladies also recommended Helen because they said she gave the best foot massages. Helen helped me and the pedicure was good but the foot massage was fabulous!

BNS was clean, neat, relaxing and it looked like it was recently updated. I noticed that all nail technicians used clean packaged tools and promptly cleaned their stations after each customers.

If I lived in South Bend I would frequent Best Nail Shop on a regular basis!
